1. Publisher
The Zo'One app is published by:

2. Definitions
- App: the Zo'One mobile application.
- User: anyone using the App, whether a Prospect or a Subscriber.
- Prospect: a user accessing only the free services.
- Subscriber: a user who has taken out a paid yearly subscription.
- Parents/Guardians: legal guardians of minor students using the App.
- Services: all features available through the App.
- Subscription: the paid plan giving access to all learning content.
3. Purpose
These General Terms of Use and Sale set out the conditions for accessing, using and subscribing to the services offered by the Zo'One App, which provides educational content (quizzes, summaries, exercises, exam papers) for middle- and high-school students in exam years (Brevet, Bac-1 and Bac-2).
4. Entry into force and duration
These Terms take effect once accepted by the User at sign-up and remain applicable for as long as the App and Services are used.
5. Registration and use
- Use of the App is reserved for people aged at least 15.
- Minors under 15 must obtain prior permission from their parents or legal guardians.
- An account is required, created with a phone number + password or email + password.
- The App can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.
Two profiles are available:
- Prospects: limited access to free services.
- Subscribers: full access to paid services after taking out a yearly subscription.
6. Services
6.1 Free services (Prospects)
- Limited access to general knowledge content.
- Access to summaries of the first chapters of each subject.
- Parents/Guardians can take out a paid subscription for students.
6.2 Paid services (Subscribers)
The yearly subscription gives access to:
- General knowledge tests;
- Complete course summaries for all subjects in 3e, 1ère A4, 1ère C, 1ère D, Terminale A4, Terminale C and Terminale D;
- Quizzes and exam papers for those grades.
7. Users' obligations
The User agrees to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information when signing up;
- Not share their login and password with third parties;
- Use the App in compliance with applicable laws;
- Not disrupt the App's operation (intrusions, cyber-attacks, malware, mass requests);
- Respect Ezo Education SARL's intellectual property rights.
8. Ezo Education's obligations
Ezo Education SARL undertakes to:
- Take reasonable measures to ensure the App is available and works properly;
- Provide regular updates and improvements to the Services;
- Protect Users' personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
9. Payment and billing
- The subscription is yearly and paid in a single payment.
- Accepted payment methods: bank card, Tmoney, Flooz.
- Payment is secure.
- No partial refund is given for early cancellation.
10. Refunds and withdrawal
The User acknowledges and accepts that they have no right of withdrawal once the services have started with their express agreement, before the end of the three (3) day legal cooling-off period.
11. Intellectual property and copyright
- Ezo Education SARL is the exclusive owner of the App, its content and the Services. Unless stated otherwise, you should assume that everything you see or read in this app is protected by copyright.
- Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence.
- Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, translation, decompilation or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
- The Zo'One and Ezo Education names and logos may not be used without express permission.
12. Limitation of liability
12.1 General
Ezo Education cannot be held liable for:
- damage resulting from misuse of the App;
- interruptions caused by communication networks;
- intrusions, viruses or hacking despite the security measures in place;
- force majeure.
12.2 Partners
The App may contain advertising or links to third-party partners. Ezo Education is not responsible for transactions or disputes between the User and those partners.
13. Suspension and termination
- The User may cancel their subscription or delete their account at any time.
- Ezo Education may suspend or delete an account in the event of non-payment, fraud, breach of these Terms, or abuse of the Services.
- A reasoned notice will be sent to the User if their account is deleted.
14. Technical support
For any support request or complaint, the User can contact: support@ezoeducation.net
Ezo Education undertakes to respond within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature and complexity of the request.
15. Force majeure
Ezo Education cannot be held liable for unforeseeable external events that prevent it from fulfilling its obligations: natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, power or network outages, government decisions, etc.
16. Changes to these Terms
Ezo Education reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any change by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Privacy policy
The rules on the collection and processing of personal data are set out on the dedicated page: Privacy policy.
19. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by OHADA law. Any dispute will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration.
